Commercial Cleaning Rates
Our commercial cleaning rates are calculated per square foot or hourly depending on size, frequency, service type, location and time of day. We offer monthly rolling agreements or fixed contracts.
Our rates include an extensive deep cleaning to our new contracted customers as a "Thank You". This allows us to get familiar with your facility in great detail and establish an awesome reputation while doing it!
IT'S THIS SIMPLE:
1. An estimate takes about 15-20 minutes and happens at your facility.
We can also give you a rough estimate over the phone based on your square footage and services.
2. You choose your frequency of cleaning:
ex. 1x per week 2-5x per week bi-weekly monthly
3. We prepare an estimate that is sent to you within 48 hours of initial visit.
4. If accepted, we then introduce you to our excellent standard of cleaning.
